9.اشتمال جهاز يسمح بالاتصال بين الكابينة والخارج عند الضرورة .
10. عند زيادة حرارة الماكينة، لا بد من وجود حساس حراري يعمل على إيقاف المصعد.
11. تناسب الكابينة مع حجم ووزن الحمولة المتوقعة والتي لا بد أن تناسب عدد وأقطار حبال الجر.
12. لتسهيل عمليات الصيانة، يجب تجهيز غرف الآليات بشكل جيد يسمح بحركة الفننين، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة وجود فتحة تهوية وإنارة مناسبة.
